Resolution No. 585 series of 2025
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, HON. ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, TO ACCEPT THE DONATION OF ROAD LOTS LOCATED AT LEVITICUS SUBDIVISION, BARANGAY SAN JUAN, TAYTAY, RIZAL, UNDER THE DEED OF DONATION EXECUTED BY THE HEIRS OF VIRGILIO TAMAYO AND BETHEL REALTY & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN FAVOR OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF TAYTAY, RIZAL
WHEREAS, as per Sec. 31 of Presidential Decree No. 957 as amended by P.D. No. 1216, the subdivision’s roads, alleys, sidewalks and playgrounds shall be donated by the owner or developer to the city or municipality and it shall be mandatory for the local governments to accept the same;
WHEREAS, the road lots located at Leviticus Subdivision, Barangay Sta Ana, Taytay, Rizal is owned and registered under Virgilio Tamayo represented by his heirs namely Lucinda F. Tamayo, Virgilio F. Tamayo III, Ezekiel Daniel F. Tamayo and Samuel Mark F. Tamayo and Bethel Realty & Development Corporation;
WHEREAS, the owners had executed a Deed of Donation involving the said property which is particularly covered by Tax Declarations stated as follows:

WHEREAS, the donation of road lots of the subject property to the municipality shall further develop the property which will benefit the residents therein;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan finds the intention beneficial to the community and worth considering;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby AUTHORIZES THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, HON. ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, TO ACCEPT THE DONATION OF ROAD LOTS LOCATED AT LEVITICUS SUBDIVISION, BARANGAY SAN JUAN, TAYTAY, RIZAL, UNDER THE DEED OF DONATION EXECUTED BY THE HEIRS OF VIRGILIO TAMAYO AND BETHEL REALTY & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN FAVOR OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF TAYTAY, RIZAL.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.
ADOPTED, this 19th day of March 2025, 3:25 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
