A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, ACTING MUNICIPAL TREASURER, MR. HERLITO BASCO, AND THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR, ATTY. ALDRICK DAVEN M. MENDOZA, TO ENROLL IN THE LANDBANK WEACCESS FACILITY OF THE ONLINE REMITTANCES OF BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE AND PHILHEALTH CONTRIBUTION (ALL FUNDS) FOR REGULAR, CASUAL AND JOB ORDER EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS, with the advent of online banking, the Municipal Government of Taytay wishes to enroll / subscribe to the Landbank of the Philippines’ (LBP’s) internet banking facility called “weAccess”, to easily manage the account of the municipality with the said bank online;
WHEREAS, the LBP’s “weAccess” web-based facility will enable the online processing of GSIS Payment, Monthly Bills Payment, Payroll Uploading, and Regular Advice on Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC) Uploading transactions of the municipality, as well as make the municipal accounts updated;
WHEREAS, the Municipal Government designates Atty. Aldrick Daven Mendoza, Municipal Administrator as the “Maker” in LBP’s weAccess, which will be given access to a particular enrolled account(s) and initiate the banking transactions in the weAccess;
WHEREAS, the Municipal Government designates Mr. Herlito Basco, Acting Municipal Treasurer as the “Authorizer” in LBP’s weAccess, which will be given access to a particular enrolled account(s) and has the authority to implement (approve, disapprove or hold) the banking transaction initiated by the Maker;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby AUTHORIZES THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, ACTING MUNICIPAL TREASURER, MR. HERLITO BASCO, AND THE MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR, ATTY. ALDRICK DAVEN M. MENDOZA, TO ENROLL IN THE LANDBANK WEACCESS FACILITY OF THE ONLINE REMITTANCES OF BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE AND PHILHEALTH CONTRIBUTION (ALL FUNDS) FOR REGULAR, CASUAL AND JOB ORDER EMPLOYEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the Office of the Municipal Mayor and to all concerned for their information and guidance.
ADOPTED, this 26th day of February 2025, 3:58 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
