A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING GOVERNOR NINA RICCI YNARES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 2 4-STOREY BUILDINGS AT ST. ANTHONY SUBDIVISION, TAYTAY, RIZAL TO BE USED AS CLASSROOMS FOR THE PROPOSED TAYTAY-SAN ISIDRO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
WHEREAS, Section 17 of the Local Government Code states that the construction of infrastructure facilities that are geared towards the delivery of basic services are part of the general powers and attributes of the Local Government Units;
WHEREAS, there is a proposed establishment of a new national high school that will cater more public school students particularly in St. Anthony Subdivision and nearby areas within the municipality;
WHEREAS, in order to handle the growing number of students enrolled in the municipality, a new school facility with enough classrooms must be built;
WHEREAS, the construction of the said school building is likewise proposed so as to ensure the effective delivery and access to quality education for all public school students;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS GOVERNOR NINA RICCI YNARES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 2 4-STOREY BUILDINGS AT ST. ANTHONY SUBDIVISION, TAYTAY, RIZAL TO BE USED AS CLASSROOMS FOR THE PROPOSED TAYTAY-SAN ISIDRO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and guidance.
ADOPTED, this 19th day of February 2025, 2:13 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
