Resolution No. 381 series of 2024

A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING JAMESRAY MISHAEL AJIDO, GOLD MEDALIST IN THE ASIAN AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS HELD AT THE NEW CLARK CITY AQUATICS CENTER IN CAPAS, TARLAC

WHEREAS, the country recently concluded the triumphant organization of the 11th Asian Age Group Championships in New Clark City, which drew participation from over 30 countries, including swimming power houses China and Japan;

WHEREAS, Jamesray Ajido performed a successful display of his athleticism at the 11th Asian Age Group Championships, where he secured the gold in the 100m butterfly, silver in 50m butterfly and bronze at the 50m freestyle event;

WHEREAS, Jamesray Ajido clinched the first-ever gold medal for the Philippines in the Asian Age Group Championship history, winning and setting a new meet record at the Boy’s 100m Butterfly, clocking 55.98 seconds, beating the previous meet record of 56.36 seconds in 2019;

WHEREAS, Jamesray Ajido a resident of Beverly Hills, Barangay Dolores, Taytay, Rizal came home with more than the victory, he has done us all Taytayeños proud with him carrying the Philippine Flag on the swimming competition and finishing strong at the top;

WHEREAS, such achievements need to recognize and deserve commendation from this August Body as he has brought pride and glory to the people of Taytay, to the Municipality and to the entire Philippines as well;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby COMMENDS AND CONGRATULATES JAMESRAY MISHAEL AJIDO, GOLD MEDALIST IN THE ASIAN AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS HELD AT THE NEW CLARK CITY AQUATICS CENTER IN CAPAS, TARLAC.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of this Resolution to all concerned for information and perusal.

ADOPTED, this 13th day of March 2024, 3:36 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
