Resolution No. 320 series of 2023

A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE NINA RICCI YNARES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-STOREY BUILDING AT THE CASIMIRO A. YNARES SENIOR MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

WHEREAS, the number of enrollees at Casimiro A. Ynares Sr. Memorial National High School (CAYSMNHS) continuously increases every school year and is expected to grow further as the school prepares for the operation of its senior high school department and having additional classrooms will be crucial for the students’ conducive learning and the school’s campus development;

WHEREAS, one of the dilapidated DepEd school building of the CAYSMNHS has been given permission to be demolished to pave the way for a new school building that will have a greater number of classrooms;

WHEREAS, Mr. Michael Garrovillas, Principal III of Casimiro A. Ynares Sr. Memorial National High School, sent a letter seeking for assistance for the construction of a 3-storey or 4-storey school building that will house a total of 12 to 16 classrooms;

WHEREAS, the Local Government of Taytay has insufficient funds for the construction of the said school building thus entails seeking the support of the Provincial Government in response to the request of the admin and faculty members of the Casimiro A. Ynares Sr. Memorial National High School;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS THE HONORABLE NINA RICCI YNARES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-STOREY BUILDING AT THE CASIMIRO A. YNARES SENIOR MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution and its attachments be forwarded to the Ofï¬ce of the Honorable Governor Nina Ricci Ynares and other concerned ofï¬ces for their information and perusal.

ADOPTED, this 8th day of November 2023, 3:47 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
