A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE DEDICATION OF MS. ANGELINA C. BLANCO AND EXPRESSING GRATITUDE FOR HER 45 YEARS OF SERVICE IN THE OFFICES OF BIR, TREASURY, ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS PERMIT & LICENSING OFFICE, AND SB SECRETARIAT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Taytay is fortunate to have a dedicated public servant in the person of Ms. Angelina C. Blanco who has been employed with LGU-Taytay since April 1979, under the leadership of former Mayor Benjamin B. Esguerra and was assigned in the BIR Office from April 1979 to October 1985, Treasury Office from October 1985 to June 1989, Accounting Office from July 1989 to December 1995, Business Permit and Licensing Office from January 1996 to June 2016, and Sangguniang Bayan Secretariat Office from July 2016 up until her retirement in October 1, 2024;
WHEREAS, during her tenure in the Business Permit and Licensing Office, Ms. Blanco has served as the Officer-in-Charge from August 2013 up to June 2016;
WHEREAS, Ms. Blanco is also the Operations Manager of the Taytay Municipal Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative since its establishment in year 2000 up to the present time, providing services to its members which are regular employees of the Municipal Government;
WHEREAS, Ms. Blanco has manifested an exemplary service and demonstrated an exceptional dedication and commitment as a Public Servant in the offices she was assigned that embraces the values of Taytayeños;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting, in the behalf of the Municipality of Taytay and the people which her office had served during her long tenure, to express our appreciation and gratitude for Ms. Blanco’s noble service to Taytayeños, Rizaleños and the country as well, as a selfless Civil Servant from Taytay, Rizal;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby RECOGNIZES THE DEDICATION OF MS. ANGELINA C. BLANCO AND EXPRESSES GRATITUDE FOR HER 45 YEARS OF SERVICE IN THE OFFICES OF BIR, TREASURY, ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS PERMIT & LICENSING OFFICE, AND SB SECRETARIAT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished and forwarded to all concerned for their information.
ADOPTED, this 25th day of September 2024, 2:34 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
