Resolution No. 347 series of 2023

A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND PROUDLY COMMENDING MR. JULIUS “JUN” OBERO FOR BEING THE OVERALL CHAMPION AT THE 2023 PARA DANCE SPORT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP AND RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING OUR LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE MAYOR ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON TO AWARD FINANCIAL INCENTIVES TO MR. OBERO

WHEREAS, the 2023 Para Dance Sport World Championship was held on November 20 to 28, 2023 in Genoa, Italy where the Philippine Team competed against 24 countries;

WHEREAS, our fellow Taytayeño athlete, Julius “Jun” Obero, won and bagged awards on the said event on different categories specifically the:

1. Men’s Singles Conventional Class 2 (GOLD)
2. Combi Latin Class 2 (GOLD)
3. Combi Freestyle Class (GOLD)
4. Adults Duo Latin Class 2 (GOLD)
5. Duo Freestyle Class 2 (GOLD)

WHEREAS, Julius “Jun” Obero, alongside the Philippine Team, has bought pride and honor not just to the Municipality of Taytay but to the whole country as well, thus deserving this commendation and incentives;

WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Taytay under the leadership of Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon, MPA, and the whole Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay applaud and salute all the hardwork and dedication of Mr. Julius “Jun” Obero from Taytay, Rizal;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby CONGRATULATES AND PROUDLY COMMENDS MR. JULIUS “JUN” OBERO FOR BEING THE OVERALL CHAMPION AT THE 2023 PARA DANCE SPORT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP AND RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS OUR LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE MAYOR ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON TO AWARD FINANCIAL INCENTIVES TO MR. OBERO.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.

ADOPTED, this 20th day of December 2023, 1:53 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
