A RESOLUTION APPROVING IN REVIEW AND DECLARING OPERATIVE, THE AUGMENTATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 003 S. 2023, ORDINANCE NO. 007 S. 2023, ORDINANCE NO. 008 S. 2023 AND ORDINANCE NO. 009 S. 2023 OF BARANGAY STA. ANA
WHEREAS, pursuant to R.A. No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, the Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay as a Legislative body of the Municipality is empowered to review the supplemental appropriation of barangays in the manner prescribed by law;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Sta. Ana submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan for purposes of review the following:
- ORDINANCE NO. 003 S. 2023: AN ORDINANCE AUGMENTING THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 2,600,000.00) FROM DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER CONCRETE OVERLAY OF IPIL ST PH. 2 AND CONCRETE OVERLAY OF MA. CLARA PH. 1 TO DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER CONCRETE OVERLAY WITH DRAINAGE @ PUROK 5 YNARES AVENUE
- ORDINANCE NO. 007 S. 2023: AN ORDINANCE AUGMENTING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 1,500,000.00) FROM DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER CONCRETE OVERLAY OF J. DE LEON ST. TO DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER CONCRETE OVERLAY APITONG ST. BUENMAR
- ORDINANCE NO. 008 S. 2023: AN ORDINANCE AUGMENTING THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY PESOS AND 32/100 (P 1,334,790.32) FROM DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER CONSTRUCTION OF PUROK 3 OUTPOST TO DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER CONCRETE OVERLAY WITH DRAINNAGE AT PUROK 5 YNARES AVE
- ORDINANCE NO. 009 S. 2023: AN ORDINANCE AUGMENTING THE AMOUTN OF ONE MILLION PESOS (P 1,000,000.00) FROM DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER CONCRETING OF ROAD AT HOLYFIELD TO DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER CONCRETING OF ROAD WITH DRAINAGE AT ARMAL 1 & 2 / BAGONG UGONG
WHEREAS, the source of funds for this Supplemental Budget of Barangay Sta. Ana is from the Development Fund;
WHEREAS, the Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriation after reviewing the Supplemental Budget of Sangguniang Barangay of Sta. Ana recommends that it be declared Operative subject to the conditions stated in its report;
WHEREAS, Supplemental Budget of Sangguniang Barangay of Sta. Ana is in conformity with existing budgetary rules and regulations in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991 and there is no impediment for the immediate approval thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, to APPROVE IN REVIEW AND DECLARE OPERATIVE, THE AUGMENTATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT FUND UNDER SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 003 S. 2023, ORDINANCE NO. 007 S. 2023, ORDINANCE NO. 008 S. 2023 AND ORDINANCE NO. 009 S. 2023 OF BARANGAY STA. ANA.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.
