A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA, TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT OF USUFRUCT FOR THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION REPRESENTED BY ITS SCHOOL DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT, DORIS DJ. ESTALILLA, CESO V FOR THE TAYTAY-SAN ISIDRO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the Local Government of Taytay, Rizal has a property located at St. Anthony Subdivision, Barangay San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal and offered the same to be used as the site for Taytay-San Isidro National High School;
WHEREAS, the said property with a land area of 2,000 sq.m. covered by Tax Declaration No. 18-TY-001-12440, will be exclusively used for the establishment of Taytay-San Isidro National High School and shall be built in accordance with the Municipal Site and Development Plan;
WHEREAS, any violations of the terms and conditions in the Deed of Usufruct shall automatically revoke the agreement;
WHEREAS, the Deed of Usufruct signed by the Local Chief Executive and Schools Division Superintendent is part of the DepEd Rizal requirement for establishing the Taytay-San Isidro National High School;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby AUTHORIZES THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA, TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT OF USUFRUCT FOR THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION REPRESENTED BY ITS SCHOOL DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT, DORIS DJ. ESTALILLA, CESO V FOR THE TAYTAY-SAN ISIDRO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the duly signed Deed of Usufruct shall be ratified first by the Sangguniang Bayan before its full implementation.
RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the copy of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and guidance.
ADOPTED, this 19th day of February 2025, 2:12 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
