A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR NINA RICCI YNARES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF BENJAMIN B. ESGUERRA MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS DRAINAGE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Ms. Maria Asuncion C. Sierra, ED. D., Principal III of Benjamin B. Esguerra Memorial National High School, wrote a letter requesting for a construction, renovation, repair, cleaning, and unclogging of the school campus drainage system from the school gate to Highway 2000;
WHEREAS, the school always floods during the rainy season, endangering the safety of students, teachers, and other stakeholders while also causing interruption and inconvenience to the learning of the students;
WHEREAS, attached herewith are the pictures of said vicinity and the site development plan together with the letter request of the principal;
WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Taytay has insufficient funds for the rehabilitation of the said school drainage system thus entails seeking the support of the Provincial Government in responding to the clamor and request of the alumni, teachers and parents of the pupils of Benjamin B. Esguerra Memorial National High School;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR NINA RICCI YNARES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF BENJAMIN B. ESGUERRA MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution and its attachments be forwarded to the Office of the Honorable Governor Nina Ricci Ynares and other concerned offices for their information and perusal.
ADOPTED, this 10th day of January 2024, 4:03 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
