Resolution No. 455 series of 2024

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING PROFOUND COMMENDATION AND RECOGNITION TO MR. MARTIN RUSSEL P. ENCISA FOR PASSING THE JUNE 2024 LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR ARCHITECTS AND BAGGING THE TOP 5 SPOT IN THE OVERALL RANKING

WHEREAS, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 2,094 out of 3,370 test takers passed the exam, given by the Board of Architecture in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga, which was held earlier this month;

WHEREAS, Municipal Ordinance No. 766 s. 2023, also known as “Ulirang Estudyante ng Taytay Ordinance of 2022”, which “aims to ensure that Taytayeño students with Latin Honors and those who ranked in their respective board and/or licensure examinations are recognized and their effort and determination to achieve such honors are rewarded.”;

WHEREAS, Mr. Martin Russel P. Encisa successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Architects (LEA) and achieved the TOP 5 slot with a score of 82.20%;

WHEREAS, he is a bonafide resident of Barangay Muzon, Taytay, Rizal, a former Scholar of the Barangay Government, and a graduate from Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Main Sta. Mesa;

WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Taytay under the leadership of Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon, MPA and the whole Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay applaud the hardships and perseverance of our fellow Taytayeño by bringing honor to his family and to his respective schools and community, thus deserving this commendation and incentives;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby EXPRESSES PROFOUND COMMENDATION AND RECOGNITION TO MR. MARTIN RUSSEL P. ENCISA FOR PASSING THE JUNE 2024 LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR ARCHITECTS AND BAGGING THE TOP 5 SPOT IN THE OVERALL RANKING.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the passer listed above be given a copy of this resolution, a token of gratitude, a plaque of appreciation, and a program invite during the flag ceremony of the Pamahalaang Bayan ng Taytay, Rizal for being a great pride to our Municipality.

ADOPTED, this 7th day of August 2024, 2:40 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
