Resolution No. 499 series of 2024

A RESOLUTION PROUDLY COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING THE EXEMPLARY GURONG TAYTAYEÑOS FOR PASSING THE 2023 NATIONAL QUALIFYING EXAMINATION FOR SCHOOL HEADS

WHEREAS, DepEd Order (DO) No. 97 s. 2011 sets the revised guidelines on the allocation and reclassification of school head positions that will be utilized in administering the qualifying process to be conducted by the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) in close coordination with the Schools Divisions Offices (DOs) through Regional Offices (ROs);

WHEREAS, DepEd Memorandum No. 13 states that passing the National Qualifying Examination for School Heads (NQESH) is one of the requirements for appointment and reclassification of all aspiring applicants to the Principal and Assistant Principal positions in all public elementary and secondary schools;

WHEREAS the following exemplary teachers serving in their respective DepEd Taytay Schools passed the NQESH 2023:

Arlene Justo Taytay National High School
Arnel Peña Muzon National High School
Jayson Salvador Taytay Elementary School
Marcelino Vocalan Muzon National High School
Marck Anthony Castro Sta. Ana Elementary School
Maria Rowena Muzon National High School
Mark John Diocado Taytay National High School
WHEREAS, One of the passers, Ms. Ierrah Mirasol V. Ladia, who served as a Grade 4 Teacher in English and Science in Bagong Pag-Asa Elementary School from 2016-2020 and Kapalaran Elementary School for 10 months, was one of the SDO Rizal Top Performers in the NQESH 2023 placing 2nd among the passers from the CALABARZON;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Taytay under the administration of Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon, MPA and the 12th Sangguniang Bayan express their felicitation and admiration to the dedication and exemplary hard work of our Gurong Taytayeños;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby PROUDLY COMMENDS AND CONGRATULATES THE EXEMPLARY GURONG TAYTAYEÑOS FOR PASSING THE 2023 NATIONAL QUALIFYING EXAMINATION FOR SCHOOL HEADS.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished and forwarded to all concerned for their information.

ADOPTED, this 30th day of October 2024, 3:28 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
