Resolution No. 529 series of 2024

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT PROGRAM 2023 - 2028 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL

WHEREAS, Section 16 of the General Welfare Clause of RA 7160 provides in part that every local government unit shall exercise powers necessary for its efficient and effective governance and those which are essential to the promotion of the general welfare;

WHEREAS, presented for consideration before the Sanggunian is the Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) 2023 - 2028 of the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal approved under TDC Resolution No. 2024 - 009, embodied in the TDC Minutes of December 13, 2024;

WHEREAS, the Sanggunian Bayan should have to approve and adopt the Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) 2023 - 2028;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby APPROVES THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT PROGRAM 2023 - 2028 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.

ADOPTED, this 16th day of December 2024, 11:56 AM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
