AN ORDINANCE REPEALING OBSOLETE ORDINANCE NO. 4 SERIES OF 1987 OR “KAUTUSAN BILANG 4, KAUTUSANG NAGSASAAD NA ANG KALYE SANVICTORES AY IPINAHAHAYAG NA ISANG PATUNGUHAN (ONE WAY) BUHAT SA PANULUKAN (CORNER) NG RIZAL AVENUE AT SANVICTORES, BABAGTAS / TATAWID NG KALYE L. WOOD PATAAS SA E. RODRIGUEZ AVENUE PARA SA LAHAT NG SASAKYANG DE MOTOR (MOTOR VEHICLES)”
WHEREAS, Kautusan Bilang 4 was passed by the Sangguniang Bayan led by then Mayor Romeo C. De Leon in 1987 and is now deemed to be outdated;
WHEREAS, during the Committee on Rules hearing for the review of the San Isidro Barangay Ordinances, it was agreed upon by the committee and guests that the repealing of the 1987 ordinance is necessary for the proper implementation of current Barangay and Municipal Ordinances;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, in session duly assembled that:
Section 1. Repealer – ORDINANCE 4 SERIES OF 1987 OR “KAUTUSAN BILANG 4, KAUTUSANG NAGSASAAD NA ANG KALYE SANVICTORES AY IPINAHAHAYAG NA ISANG PATUNGUHAN (ONE WAY) BUHAT SA PANULUKAN (CORNER) NG RIZAL AVENUE AT SANVICTORES, BABAGTAS / TATAWID NG KALYE L. WOOD PATAAS SA E. RODRIGUEZ AVENUE PARA SA LAHAT NG SASAKYANG DE MOTOR (MOTOR VEHICLES)” is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Severability – If any section, paragraph or sentence of this Ordinance is declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portion of this Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. Effect of Repeal – The repeal of an ordinance shall not repeal the repealing clause of such ordinance or revive any ordinance which has been repealed thereby.
Section 4. Effective Date – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption and proper posting requirements.
ENACTED, this 10th day of July 2024, 3:44 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
