Resolution No. 515 series of 2024

A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT OF STA. LUCIA LAND INC. SITUATED AT RIZAL TECHNOPARK PH 2-B-2 AND 2-D-5, BARANGAY SAN JUAN, TAYTAY, RIZAL

WHEREAS, the acquired properties of Sta. Lucia Land Inc. were classified as residential land situated at Rizal Technopark PH 2-B-2 and 2-D-5, Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal;

WHEREAS, proposed development project is covered by Tax Declaration Numbers and a total land area of 7,701 sq.m.:

a. Tax Dec. No. 18-TY-005-06558 (4,701sq.m.)
b. Tax Dec. No. 18-TY-004-30325 (3,000sq.m.)

WHEREAS, the applicant had already submitted the pertinent documents and other requirements attesting that all were in conformity with the standards promulgated by law;

WHEREAS, the applicant Sta. Lucia Land Inc. complied with the requirements, rules, and regulation standard guidelines;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby GRANTS THE APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT OF STA. LUCIA LAND INC. SITUATED AT RIZAL TECHNOPARK PH 2-B-2 and 2-D-5, BARANGAY SAN JUAN, TAYTAY, RIZAL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the pertinent provisions and its implementing rules and regulation regarding Barangay and Municipal Ordinances and Resolutions on the matter shall be strictly followed and the Material Recovery Facility should be observed.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the Municipal Planning and Development Office shall monitor the development of the said properties up to its completion and the Development Permit be subject for cancellation or revocation, if the applicant voluntarily failed to comply or violate any of the conditions indicated above or committed a willful misrepresentation.

RESOLVED FURTHERMOST, that the copy of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.

ADOPTED, this 27th day of November 2024, 7:18 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
