A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING PNP RIZAL POLICE PROVINCIAL OFFICE HEADED BY PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR PCOL FELIPE MARAGGUN, TAYTAY, RIZAL PNP CHIEF PLTCOL MARLO SOLERO AND THE 5 RESPECTIVE PUNONG BARANGAYS OF TAYTAY FOR ADDITIONAL POLICE VISIBILITY AND SECURITY FOR THE BILLETING QUARTERS OF STUDENT-ATHLETES AND OTHER DELEGATES OF THE 2025 REGIONAL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION MEET AND ITS SURROUNDINGS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL
WHEREAS, more than 15,000 student-athletes and other delegates from different municipalities, cities and provinces in CALABARZON, including our very own Taytay athletes, will be competing in the upcoming 2025 Regional Athletic Association Meet or RAAM which will be hosted by the Province of Rizal;
WHEREAS, these student-athletes and their coaches and other delegates will temporarily reside in each of their designated billeting quarters or public schools in the Municipality of Taytay throughout the course of the meet from February 28 up to March 7, 2025;
WHEREAS, the following schools and locations will be utilized as billeting and sports events venues:
BILLETING QUARTERS
- Rosario Ocampo Elementary School, Barangay San Juan
- Sta. Ana Elementary School, Barangay Sta. Ana
- Manuel I. Santos Integrated School, Barangay San Juan
- San Isidro Elementary School, Barangay San Isidro
- Taytay Elementary School, Barangay Dolores
- Corazon Aquino Elementary School, Barangay Dolores
- Muzon Elementary School, Barangay Muzon
- Taytay National High School, Barangay San Juan
- Casimiro A. Ynares Sr. Memorial National High School, Barangay Dolores
PLAYING VENUES
- High-way 2000 open field (ATHLETICS), Barangay Sta. Ana
- Taytay Sports Complex (ATHLETICS & FOOTBALL), Barangay Muzon
- San Juan Gym Taytay (BASKETBALL), Barangay Dolores
- Barangay Muzon Covered Court (BOXING), Barangay Muzon
- Dolores Elementary School (GOALBALL), Barangay Dolores
- Siena College Taytay (VOLLEYBALL), Barangay San Isidro
- Juan Sumulong Memorial Junior College (VOLLEYBALL), Barangay Dolores
- Harris College (VOLLEYBALL), Barangay Dolores
- San Beda College Taytay (FOOTBALL), Barangay San Juan
WHEREAS, to ensure and strengthen the security of the whole delegations of the five Provinces from Region IV-A, the Local Government of Taytay seeks the assistance of our public safety sector from the Barangay, Municipal and Provincial level for additional police visibility and security for all the public schools and other venues that will be used as billeting quarters and playing venues in the upcoming RAAM;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS PNP RIZAL POLICE PROVINCIAL OFFICE HEADED BY PROVINCIAL DIRECTOR PCOL FELIPE MARAGGUN, TAYTAY, RIZAL PNP CHIEF PLTCOL MARLO SOLERO AND THE 5 RESPECTIVE PUNONG BARANGAYS OF TAYTAY FOR ADDITIONAL POLICE VISIBILITY AND SECURITY FOR THE BILLETING QUARTERS OF STUDENT-ATHLETES AND OTHER DELEGATES OF THE 2025 REGIONAL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION MEET AND ITS SURROUNDINGS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution and the attached list of billeting quarters and playing venues be furnished to the PNP Rizal PPO, Taytay MPS, Offices of the five Punong Barangays of Taytay and all concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
ADOPTED, this 12th day of February 2025, 4:41 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
