A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FEDERATION PRESIDENT, HONORABLE JANINAH OLIVIENNE DL. MERCADO FOR BEING AWARDED AS ONE OF THE TEN YOUNG OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVANTS IN THE TAAS NOO RIZALENYO AWARDS 2024
WHEREAS, on the 30th of August 2024, the Ten Active and Accountable Sangguniang Kabataan (TAAS) Noteworthy and Outstanding Outputs (NOO) Rizalenyo Awards 2024 was held, in line with the Linggo ng Kabataan celebration that aims to recognize the unwavering commitment and exemplary performance of Barangay Sanggunian Officials;
WHEREAS, out of 189 sangguniang kabataan chairpersons in the Rizal Province, Hon. Janinah Olivienne DL. Mercado was recognized as one of the ten (10) young outstanding public servants and was awarded the Gawad Parangal 2024;
WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay San Juan and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President of Taytay, Hon. Janinah Olivienne DL. Mercado has brought pride and honor not just to the Barangay San Juan but to the Municipality of Taytay as well, thus deserving this commendation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby COMMENDS AND CONGRATULATES SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FEDERATION PRESIDENT, HONORABLE JANINAH OLIVIENNE DL. MERCADO FOR BEING AWARDED AS ONE OF THE TEN YOUNG OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVANTS IN THE TAAS NOO RIZALENYO AWARDS 2024.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their information.
ADOPTED, this 11th day of September 2024, 5:38 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
