A RESOLUTION APPROVING IN REVIEW AND DECLARING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY STA. ANA FOR FY 2025 IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT PESOS AND NINETY-EIGHT CENTAVOS (PHP 132,873,748.98) UNDER SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02, SERIES OF 2024, OPERATIVE, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 02 series of 2024, enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Sta. Ana in this Municipality has appropriated the amount of One Hundred Thirty-Two Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos and Ninety-Eight Centavos (Php 132,873,748.98) as its Annual Budget for FY 2025;
WHEREAS, the Annual Budget of Barangay Sta. Ana FY 2025 as submitted, was reviewed and evaluated by the Municipal Budget Officer and have recommended that it be declared operative subject to conditions set forth in the review letter hereto attached;
WHEREAS, upon further review, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Sta. Ana have complied with the budgetary requirements and general limitations provided in the Local Government Code; Budget does not exceed the estimated receipts or income of the Barangay; and the items for appropriation are not more than those provided by existing laws;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby APPROVES IN REVIEW AND DECLARES THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY STA. ANA FY 2025 IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT PESOS AND NINETY-EIGHT CENTAVOS (PHP 132,873,748.98) UNDER SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02, SERIES OF 2024, OPERATIVE, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Sta. Ana shall strictly comply with the conditions set forth in the review and recommendation letter dated January 15, 2025 of the Municipal Budget Officer which shall form an integral part of this Resolution.
RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the SK Fund form part of the Barangay Sta. Ana Annual Appropriation Ordinance.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.
