Resolution No. 486 series of 2024

A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE TO THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE (PCSO) FOR PROVIDING ONE UNIT OF PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal recognizes the essential role of healthcare and emergency medical services in safeguarding the welfare and well-being of its residents;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has long been at the forefront of providing valuable assistance to various local government units, particularly in the field of healthcare, through their charitable programs and services;

WHEREAS, on September 10, 2024, at Quirino Grandstand, the PCSO provided one unit of Patient Transport Vehicle to the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal, which will enhance the municipality’s capability to respond to medical emergencies and provide efficient healthcare services to its constituents;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan, on behalf of the people of Taytay, acknowledges with deep appreciation the PCSO’s generous donation and its continued support to public health initiatives;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, to EXPRESS PROFOUND GRATITUDE TO THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE (PCSO) FOR THEIR DONATION OF ONE UNIT OF PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL, ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2024.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) as a gesture of appreciation for their unwavering commitment to improving healthcare services across the country.
ADOPTED, this 25th day of September 2024, 2:33 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
