Resolution No. 533 series of 2024

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LOCAL COUNCIL FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN RESOLUTION NO. 03 SERIES OF 2024 ENTITLED “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE LOCAL JUVENILE INTERVENTION PROGRAM (CLJIP) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL FOR THE F.Y. 2024 - 2027”

WHEREAS, local intervention program in every Local Government Unit (LGU) is a big factor to help each juvenile delinquent or a young person who habitually commits criminal acts or offenses to avoid and prevent themselves in committing the same;

WHEREAS, Comprehensive Local Juvenile Intervention Program (CLJIP) is a holistic intervention to prevent young people to commit the same offense they have committed and to protect the welfare of children and youth in conflict with the law;

WHEREAS, the objective of this program is to strengthen and improve the delivery of justice, the rehabilitation services to those minors in conflict with the law and to promote their reintegration to the society;

WHEREAS, with this program it will help to address the needs or issues of every juvenile delinquent and to focus on how they may recover and improve themselves to see their bright future;

WHEREAS, in order to continuously provide utmost Serbisyong May Ngiti to our constituents, this Comprehensive Local Juvenile Intervention Program (CLJIP) will provide different programs that will ensure the welfare of the minors or juvenile delinquents, have a fair justice and better life;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby ADOPTS THE LOCAL COUNCIL FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN RESOLUTION NO. 03 SERIES OF 2024 ENTITLED “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE LOCAL JUVENILE INTERVENTION PROGRAM (CLJIP) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL FOR THE F.Y. 2024 - 2027”.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution shall be furnished to all concerned for their information and guidance.

ADOPTED, this 18th day of December 2024, 4:09 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
