A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF TATAY REPRESENTED BY THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR HON. ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA, WITH TRENT INFORMATION FIRST TECHINICAL CAREER INSTITUTE, INC. AS ONE OF THE VARIOUS ACCREDITED TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, the 12th Sangguniang Bayan had adopted Resolution No. 306 series of 2023 entitled “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING OUR LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE HON. ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA, TO SIGN AND ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) TO VARIOUS ACCREDITED TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD PROGRAMS”;
WHEREAS, there is currently a Memorandum of Agreement between the Local Government of Taytay duly represented by Hon. Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon and the Trent Information First Technical Career Institute, Inc., herein represented by their Principal, Dr. Akira L. Caisip for the implementation of sustainable livelihood programs;
WHEREAS, Trent Information First Technical Career Institute is one of the various technical vocational institutes in this Municipality and they are equipped with the necessary expertise and facilities to provide technical and vocational programs that would enhance the skills and talents of those participants who will participate in their offered workshop;
WHEREAS, the ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement will pave the way for the procedure of the workshop and to fulfill the full implementation of this sustainable livelihood program that would be beneficial to our constituents;
WHEREAS, the August Body finds the duly signed Memorandum of Agreement worthy of its cause for the best interest of our constituents that would be helpful to sustain their personal needs and to start a new life;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session hereby assembled, hereby RATIFIES THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF TATAY REPRESENTED BY THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR HON. ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA, WITH TRENT INFORMATION FIRST TECHINICAL CAREER INSTITUTE, INC. AS ONE OF THE VARIOUS ACCREDITED TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD PROGRAMS.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished and forwarded to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.
ADOPTED, this 24th day of November 2023, 5:31 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
