A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, TO GIVE CASH INCENTIVES TO ALL PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS AND STATE UNIVERSITY INSTRUCTORS IN THIS MUNICIPALITY IN CELEBRATION OF THE 2024 NATIONAL TEACHERS MONTH SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS, APPLICABLE LAWS, AUDITING RULES AND REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, September 5 to October 5 of every year is celebrated as the National Teachers month to recognize the invaluable role of educators in the lives of learners that contribute to the betterment of the community;
WHEREAS, the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Allan Martine S. De Leon together with the Sangguniang Bayan, would like to honor all Public Elementary, Secondary and Tertiary teachers currently rendering service in the Municipality of Taytay under Department of Education Rizal and CHED respectively, for their selfless performance of duty beyond what is asked of them;
WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Taytay deems it fitting to give endowment to public school teachers in the form of monetary incentive to cater to every educator in all public schools in the Municipality of Taytay;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby AUTHORIZES THE HONORABLE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, TO GIVE CASH INCENTIVES TO ALL PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS AND STATE UNIVERSITY INSTRUCTORS IN THIS MUNICIPALITY IN CELEBRATION OF THE 2024 NATIONAL TEACHERS MONTH SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS, APPLICABLE LAWS, AUDITING RULES AND REGULATIONS.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
ADOPTED, this 2nd day of October 2024, 2:59 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
