Resolution No. 504 series of 2024
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND EXPRESSING WARM CONGRATULATIONS TO MR. JACE ANDREI DE LEON FOR HIS OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT IN THE RECENTLY CONCLUDED 3RD JRC ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS STARS CHAMPIONSHIP 2024, BRINGING PRIDE AND HONOR TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL
WHEREAS, Section 16 of Republic Act No. 7160, also known as the Local Government Code of 1991, mandates that every local government unit (LGU) shall promote the general welfare and, through local initiatives, encourage participation in activities that foster civic pride, unity, and community achievement;
WHEREAS, Mr. Jace Andrei De Leon has demonstrated exemplary skill, dedication, and passion by excelling in the 3rd JRC Artistic Gymnastics Stars Championships 2024, earning the following distinctions:
Gold Medalist in Individual All-Around
Gold Medalist in Parallel Bars (P-Bar)
Bronze Medalist in Floor Exercise
4th Place in High Bar
6th Place in Still Rings
WHEREAS, Mr. De Leon’s outstanding achievements have brought immense pride and honor to the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal, and serve as a testament to the potential of Taytay’s youth in excelling in their respective fields and representing the municipality on national platforms;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the powers granted under Section 447 of the Local Government Code of 1991, the Sangguniang Bayan has the authority to pass resolutions that recognize and honor individuals whose contributions uplift the morale and inspire other members of the community;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, to commend and express warm congratulations to Mr. Jace Andrei De Leon for his exceptional accomplishment in the 3rd JRC Artistic Gymnastics Stars Championship 2024, and for bringing pride and honor to the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to Mr. Jace Andrei De Leon as a token of recognition and appreciation from the Sangguniang Bayan and the people of Taytay, Rizal.
ADOPTED, this 6th day of November 2024, 3:44 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
