A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE DEDICATION OF MS. CARMELITA Z. VALLE AND EXPRESSING GRATITUDE FOR HER 38 YEARS OF SERVICE IN THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR (3 YEARS), ENGINEERING OFFICE (15 YEARS), BUSINESS PERMIT AND LICENSING OFFICE (12 YEARS) AND PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICES OFFICE - TAYTAY (8 YEARS) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Taytay is fortunate to have a dedicated public servant in the person of Ms. Carmelita Zapanta-Valle who has been employed with LGU-Taytay since 1980 under the leadership of former Mayor Manuel (Altek) I. Santos Sr. but filed her resignation in the year 1982 for some personal reason but she was re-instated in the year 1987;
WHEREAS, when she was re-instated in 1987, she was assigned as Assessment Clerk in the Office of the Municipal Mayor from June 16, 1986 to June 30, 1989, then transferred in the Engineering Office as Clerk III from July 1, 1989 to June 30, 2005, transferred again in the Business Permit and Licensing Office as License Officer I for July 1, 2005 to December 31, 2015 and lastly at the Public Employment Services Office from January 1, 2016 up until her retirement in February 2024;
WHEREAS, Ms. Zapanta-Valle has manifested an exemplary service and demonstrated an exceptional dedication and commitment as a public servant in the various Offices she was assigned that embraces the values of Taytayeños;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting, in behalf of the Municipality of Taytay and the people which her office had served during her long tenure, to express our appreciation and gratitude for Ms. Zapanta-Valle’s noble service to Taytayeños, Rizaleños and the country as well, as a selfless Civil Servant from Taytay;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby RECOGNIZES THE DEDICATION OF MS. CARMELITA Z. VALLE AND EXPRESSES GRATITUDE FOR HER 38 YEARS OF SERVICE IN THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR (3 YEARS), ENGINEERING OFFICE (15 YEARS), BUSINESS PERMIT AND LICENSING OFFICE (12 YEARS) AND PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICES OFFICE-TAYTAY (8 YEARS) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished and forwarded to all concerned for their information.
ADOPTED, this 14th day of February 2024, 2:40 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
