A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE CONTRACT TO SELL A PARCEL OF LOT BY AND BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, REPRESENTED BY THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR HON. ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA, AND MS. ROSITA GEREMILLO-ISON, REPRESENTED BY MR. MARK ELPIE G. ISON, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT HI-WAY 2000 PHASE 2 TABING ILOG, BRGY. STA. ANA, TAYTAY, RIZAL
WHEREAS, the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay adopted Resolution No. 186, Series of 2023 entitled, “A Resolution Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Allan Martine S. De Leon, MPA, to Negotiate with Owners of Lands for the Purchase of Lots to be Used for any Government Project for the Benefit of the Public”;
WHEREAS, the Contract to Sell for the property located at Tabing Ilog, Brgy. Sta. Ana, Taytay, Rizal with Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 068-2011003726 and Tax Declaration No. 18-TY-005-03592, between the Municipality of Taytay and Rosita Geremillo-Ison, represented by Mark Elpie G. Ison, was signed and notarized on December 02, 2024;
WHEREAS, Rosita Geremillo-Ison, represented by Mark Elpie G. Ison, agreed to sell a total of three thousand two hundred seventy-two square meters (3,272 sqm) of the above-mentioned property as part of municipal projects which shall benefit its constituents;
WHEREAS, said Contract to Sell pertains to the parcel of lot located in Barangay Sta. Ana, Taytay, Rizal, which shall be further improved and developed for the benefit of the Taytayeño community and likewise pertains to the sale of Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Two Square Meters (2,272 sqm) of the above-mentioned Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Two Square Meters (3,272 sqm) for the second phase of the above-mentioned government project;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan deems it proper to ratify the Contract to Sell to ensure the legality and enforceability of the transaction and to facilitate the improvement projects for said areas;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby RATIFIES THE CONTRACT TO SELL A PARCEL OF LOT BY AND BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, REPRESENTED BY THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR HON. ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA, AND MS. ROSITA GEREMILLO-ISON, REPRESENTED BY MR. MARK ELPIE G. ISON, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT HI-WAY 2000 PHASE 2 TABING ILOG, BRGY. STA. ANA, TAYTAY, RIZAL.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.
ADOPTED, this 11th day of December 2024, 3:04 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
