Resolution No. 388 series of 2024

A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING GENERAL MANAGER MELQUIADES A. ROBLES OF THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE (PCSO), THROUGH DIRECTOR JANET DE LEON – MERCADO, TO PROVIDE TWO (2) UNITS OF AMBULANCE VEHICLE WITH COMPLETE LIFE-SAVING DEVICES, ONE (1) FOR LGU AND ONE (1) FOR TAYTAY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal, is deeply committed to ensuring the prompt and effective delivery of emergency medical services to its residents;

WHEREAS, the provision of ambulance vehicles equipped with complete life-saving devices is essential in enabling our Local Government Unit (LGU) and Taytay Emergency Hospital to respond swiftly to medical emergencies;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), under the leadership of General Manager Melquiades A. Robles, has been a vital partner in supporting healthcare initiatives across the country;

WHEREAS, SK Fed. Pres. Janinah Olivienne DL. Mercado and Coun. Jan Victor B. Cabitac, together with all present members of the Sangguniang Bayan, recognizes the urgency of securing two (2) units of ambulance vehicle for the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby EARNESTLY REQUESTS GENERAL MANAGER MELQUIADES A. ROBLES OF THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE (PCSO), THROUGH DIRECTOR JANET DE LEON – MERCADO, TO PROVIDE TWO (2) UNITS OF AMBULANCE VEHICLE WITH COMPLETE LIFE-SAVING DEVICES, ONE (1) FOR LGU AND ONE (1) FOR TAYTAY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be transmitted to General Manager Melquiades A. Robles, Director Janet De Leon-Mercado, and all relevant stakeholders for their immediate attention and favorable action.

ADOPTED, this 3rd day of April 2024, 2:28 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
