A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING WARM CONGRATULATIONS AND PROUDLY COMMENDING MR. JULIUS “JUN” OBERO FOR WINNING FIVE (5) GOLD MEDALS IN DIFFERENT CATEGORIES AT THE US OPEN 2024 DEARBORN PARA DANCE SPORTS INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION HELD AT DETRIOT-DEARBORN, MICHIGAN LAST AUGUST 10 - 11, 2024 AND RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING OUR LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE MAYOR ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA TO AWARD FINANCIAL INCENTIVE TO MR. OBERO
WHEREAS, the US Open 2024 Dearborn Para Dance Sport International Competition was held last August 10 - 11, 2024 at Detroit-Dearborn, Michigan, USA where the Philippine Team competed against more than 20 countries;
WHEREAS, the Municipal Government of Taytay, Rizal acknowledges the outstanding performance of Mr. Julius “Jun” Obero and for his astounding accomplishments for bringing home prode and glory not only in this Municipality but to the whole country by winning five (5) Gold Medals in the said International Competition;
WHEREAS, our fellow Taytayeño athlete, Mr. Julius “Jun” Obero, won and bagged gold medals in different categories particularly:
1. MEN’S SINGLES CONVENTION CLASS 2
2. COMBI FREESTYLE CLASS 2
3. COMBI LATIN CLASS 2
4. ADULTS DUO FREESTYLE CLASS 2
5. ADULTS DUO LATIN CLASS 2
WHEREAS, Mr. Obero was always been giving honor and pride to our Municipality and to our Country since October 2021 and November 2023 by winning Gold and Silver Medals in the Para Dance Sports Competition;
WHEREAS, the Local Government of Taytay, Rizal under the leadership of Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon, MPA, and the whole Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay express warm congratulation to his exemplary achievements and proudly commending him to all his hardwork and dedication;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby EXPRESSES WARM CONGRATULATIONS AND PROUDLY COMMENDS MR. JULIUS “JUN” OBERO FOR WINNING FIVE (5) GOLD MEDALS IN DIFFERENT CATEGORIES AT THE US OPEN 2024 DEARBORN PARA DANCE SPORTS INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION HELD AT DETRIOT-DEARBORN, MICHIGAN LAST AUGUST 10 - 11, 2024 AND RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS OUR LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE MAYOR ALLAN MARTINE S. DE LEON, MPA TO AWARD FINANCIAL INCENTIVE TO MR. OBERO.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this Resolution shall be furnished to all concerned for their information and guidance.
ADOPTED, this 11th day of September 2024, 5:40 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
