RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF LYRIC JO D. DAGANDAN, AS MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD I (MUNICIPAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICER), THIS MUNICIPALITY EFFECTIVE UPON HER ACTUAL ASSUMPTION TO OFFICE
WHEREAS, for legislative action of the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Taytay, is the appointment issued by the Honorable Municipal Mayor, Allan Martine S. De Leon to Lyric Jo D. Dagandan as Municipal Government Department Head I (Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer) of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office;
WHEREAS, Rule XVIII, Art. 117 and 119 of the Rules Implementing the Local Government Code of 1991, requires that the appointment of heads of departments by the Local Chief Executive, including the position of Municipal Government Department Head I, must be concurred by the majority of all the Sangguniang Bayan Members, subject to the Civil Service Laws, Rules and Regulations;
WHEREAS, Lyric Jo D. Dagandan having found to possess the minimum qualifications required for the position as Municipal Government Department Head I of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office, the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay hereby concurs her appointment made by the Local Chief Executive;
WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby CONCURS THE APPOINTMENT OF LYRIC JO D. DAGANDAN, AS MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD I (MUNICIPAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICER), THIS MUNICIPALITY EFFECTIVE UPON HER ACTUAL ASSUMPTION TO OFFICE.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon, the Human Resource Management Officer, the Civil Service Commission and Ms. Lyric Jo D. Dagandan for their information.
ADOPTED, this 27th day of November 2024, 7:14 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
