Resolution No. 333 series of 2023

A RESOLUTION HUMBLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR NINA RICCI YNARES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE EXIT AT THE NEWEST FOUR-STOREY YNARES-TYPE SCHOOL BUILDING AT SAN ISIDRO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. SAN ISIDRO, TAYTAY, RIZAL

WHEREAS, the newest four-storey Ynares-type school building constructed be the Provincial Government for San Isidro Elementary School was completed and turned over to the school’s administration on September 2018;

WHEREAS, the parents and the teachers have noticed that the newest school building, unlike the other structures in the school, has no fire exit on both ends which is commonly present in other Ynares-type school buildings;

WHEREAS, having no ï¬re exit on the said school building poses risk whenever there would be any untoward incident or emergency which might hinder the people occupying the said building to escape immediately;

WHEREAS, the school head, faculty and parents of the SPTA have sought the help of the Local Government Unit in the addressing the aforementioned concern for the welfare of their children / pupils;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby HUMBLY REQUESTS THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR NINA RICCI YNARES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE EXIT AT THE NEWEST FOUR-STOREY YNARES-TYPE SCHOOL BUILDING AT SAN ISIDRO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BRGY. SAN ISIDRO, TAYTAY, RIZAL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, hat the school’s site development plan and photos of the area of concern form part as attachments to this Resolution.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that copies of this Resolution and its attachments be forwarded to the Office of the Honorable Governor Nina Ricci Ynares and other concerned Offices for their information and perusal.

ADOPTED, this 1st day of December 2023, 2:37 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
