Resolution No. 392 series of 2024

A RESOLUTION IMPLORING DEPED RIZAL TO EXPEDITE THE REMOVAL OF THE INOPERATIONAL MOBILE LIBRARY TRUCK PARKED AT THE YNARES MULTI-PURPOSE COVERED COURT OF SAN ISIDRO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

WHEREAS, a mobile library container van is currently stationed inside the Ynares Multi-Purpose Covered Court at San Isidro Elementary School since before the pandemic struck and has not been used for any purpose beneficial to the school;

WHEREAS, the immobile makeshift container van have, for several years, hampered the full use of the covered court for the school’s programs and general public’s use;

WHEREAS, another graduation season is on the way and the use of the aforementioned covered court will be necessary to safely and efficiently conduct the moving up and graduation rights of the pupils of San Isidro Elementary School;

WHEREAS, the Multi-Purpose Covered Court will undergo repairs and repainting, and recementing of its flooring and necessitates the urgent removal of the obstruction;

WHEREAS, having the said obstruction removed before the upcoming moving up and graduation rights will greatly benefit the students and their parents, the school administration and our constituents that utilize the area from time to time;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, hereby IMPLORES DEPED RIZAL TO EXPEDITE THE REMOVAL OF THE INOPERATIONAL MOBILE LIBRARY TRUCK PARKED AT THE YNARES MULTI-PURPOSE COVERED COURT OF SAN ISIDRO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to DepEd Sub-Office, DepEd Division Office, and all concerned offices for their information.

ADOPTED, this 12th day of April 2024, 2:20 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
