A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR NINA RICCI YNARES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUR-STOREY YNARES TYPE SCHOOL BUILDING AT SITIO SIMONA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LOCATED AT BRGY. SAN ISIDRO, TAYTAY, RIZAL
WHEREAS, the administration of Sitio Simona Elementary School is seeking for assistance from the local government for the replacement of their existing one-storey four rooms building which has posed concerns and hazard to the safety of the pupils, teachers, and faculty staffs;
WHEREAS, based on the inspection of the Municipal Engineering Office, there are ample repairs needed to be done, but the administration of the aforementioned school has concerns regarding their safety due to the old age of the dilapidated building and other underlying factors such as the growing population of enrollees;
WHEREAS, replacing the old one-storey building with a new four-storey building with a bigger capacity will be greatly beneficial for the pupils’ comfortable learning as well as for the faculty member’s and staff’s conducive work environment;
WHEREAS, the Local Government Unit of Taytay has insufficient funds to provide the necessary amenities needed by the school, thus needing the assistance of the Provincial Government in addressing the said request;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in a session duly assembled, hereby RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR NINA RICCI YNARES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUR-STOREY YNARES TYPE SCHOOL BUILDING AT SITIO SIMONA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LOCATED AT BRGY. SAN ISIDRO, TAYTAY, RIZAL.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution and other attachments be furnished to the Office of the Honorable Governor of Rizal, the administration of Sitio Simona Elementary School and all concerned for their information and consideration.
ADOPTED, this 9th day of October 2024, 2:13 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
