Resolution No. 311 series of 2023

A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE PROPERTIES AND PARCELS OF LAND ALLOCATED FOR HOUSING PROJECTS UNDER THE PAMBANSANG PABAHAY PARA SA PILIPINO (“4PH”) PROGRAM OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SETTLEMENT AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT BE FOR SOCIALIZED HOUSING AND RESETTLEMENT PURPOSES

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 151, Series of 2023, authorized the Municipal Mayor, Allan Martine S. De Leon, MPA, to sign and enter into a Memorandum of Agreement or Understanding for the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (“4PH”) Program with the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (“DHSUD”);

WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding between DHSUD and the Municipal Government was signed and entered on 24 April 2023 for the implementation of the 4PH Program in the Municipality;

WHEREAS, DHSUD requires that the properties and parcels of land allocated for the housing projects under the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (“4PH”) Program be declared for socialized housing and resettlement purposes only;

WHEREAS, the Municipal Government, in support of the 4PH Program, commits to declare that the properties and parcels of land allocated for the development of the housing projects be used for socialized housing and resettlement purposes only;

WHEREAS, one of these allocated properties is located at Taytay Sports Complex, Brgy. Muzon, Taytay, Rizal;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay, Rizal, in session duly assembled, to DECLARE THE PROPERTIES AND PARCELS OF LAND ALLOCATED FOR HOUSING PROJECTS UNDER THE PAMBANSANG PABAHAY PARA SA PILIPINO (“4PH”) PROGRAM OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SETTLEMENT AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT BE FOR SOCIALIZED HOUSING AND RESETTLEMENT PURPOSES.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.

ADOPTED, this 18th day of October 2023, 6:23 PM at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
