Resolution No. 206 series of 2017

APPROVING IN REVIEW BRGY. STA. ANA ORDINANCE #0608-012 SERIES OF 2017. <br />

WHEREAS, Section 447 (1) (i) of the Local Government Code mandates the Sangguniang Bayan “to review all ordinance approved by the Sangguniang Barangay to determine whether these are within the scope of the prescribed powers of the Sanggunian…”

WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Barangay of Sta. Ana enacted Ordinance #0608-012 SERIES of 2017: “An Ordinance establishing Bike Lanes in major thoroughfares and providing funds for the installation of bike racks in all public spaces within the Barangay…”

WHEREAS, the Committee on Rules, Resolutions, Ordinances and Accreditation has reviewed the submitted Barangay Ordinance during its Committee Hearing on the 4th of July 2017;




NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the 10th Sangguniang Bayan of Taytay in a session duly assembled, hereby APPROVES IN REVIEW BRGY. STA. ANA ORDINANCE #0608-012 SERIES OF 2017;

Resolved further that copies of this resolution and attachment with comment/s be furnished to the Sangguniang Barangay of Sta. Ana;


ADOPTED, this 13th day of July, 2017 at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
